Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church Women

All women of Bethlehem Lutheran Church are members of the Women of the ELCA and are invited and encouraged to participate in all activities listed in the newsletters, bulletins, flyers and bulletin boards. Bethlehem has an active Women's group, which is made up of four circles. These circles meet once a month for fellowship and bible study. Each circle meets on the third week of each month, except during the summer months. "Friendship" meets on Monday evening, "Faith with Patience" on Tuesdays morning, "Rainbow" on Tuesday evening, and "Harmony" on Wednesday evening. We also have four General Meetings a year, where we all get together for a program or workday and refreshments. Our biggest event each year is our Spring Retreat. The BELCW is involved in many activities and services, including Altar Guild, Lutheran World Relief, Action for LSSM, Funeral dinners, Quilting Day, knitting group (FAB) and other projects.
