The Congregation Council of Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church is currently formulating a plan for us to safely re-open for in-person worship when the time is right. When we know that we can keep people safe, and local health authorities have given us the go-ahead, we will worship in-person once again, but since we do not yet have that plan in place, nor have we been told that it is safe, we will not be opening for worship this weekend, or for the foreseeable future.
We will communicate clearly with the congregation when that time comes.
May God continue to bless you in this time. And please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Yes indeed, "Churches are essential, but our members are not expendable."
