In Case of Emergency Cards
For the month of February please complete In Case of Emergency cards. These cards contain vital health information regarding medical conditions and allergies as well as emergency contact information for a loved one so that we will know who to contact in case of an emergency. They will be kept in a secure location so head ushers can access them for emergency personnel if the need arises. You can find them in the social hall on the ReformationLIVES display table.
