Lutheran World Relief
The women of Bethlehem support the mission of Lutheran World Relief. Kits and quilts are put together and sent in the fall of each year. Men, women and children in need throughout the world, no matter their circumstances, are given kits to provide them with some of the basics: personal care kits when they might be in refugee camps; school kits for children to use to learn; infant care kits with clothes and cloth diapers; and fabric kits used to teach women to sew clothes for their families and others. Our congregation donates the items for the kits, money for shipping, and the time and energy to put the kits together. We make a difference. Thank you for supporting this mission.
